Garage recommendation - RSJ Sportscars, Slough

It is not often that people have positive things to say about the Beirut of Berkshire, but I decided to take my Turbo to RSJ Sportscars in Slough last week for a full service + belt change and I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone in the area.
I have been a customer of RPM for several years and will continue to sing their praises, but with other priorities and demands on my time at the moment I had to find someone a bit nearer/more convenient.
I have not seen RSJ mentioned on here, though they are well known on Pistonheads. They concentrate more on the newer cars, but certainly know the front-engined cars and Sid, who serviced mine, put my mind at rest by answering all my questions in detail before I booked in for the service. Without being prompted he told me they would check the water pump bearings to see if it needed changing (mine had no play so was not replaced [:D]) and also check the front seals for leaks (no leaks [:D]). He also adjusted the rear gear linkage, which I have been meaning to do for ages, so I now have a fantastic positive gear change. Oh and I wasn't charged for that!
All in all a very positive experience and I will definitely continue to use them. They are also conveniently located 2 minutes from Slough station, so perfect for a rapid exit!

Interesting..

I use GT One in Chertsey and again have nothing but fantastic prase to say about them..

But I work in Slough 2 mins from the train / bus station on the main bath road (A4) by the TVU - so that could be very handy if needed..

I believe RSJ have only started servicing in the past few years but I have heard good things about the mechanic re Front Engined cars from Nick_968 (who has the 3L 968 Turbo creation and knows his way around the oily bits better than most of us)
