frustrating brake sensor light again!

after my s2 came out of tower with new discs and pads amongst a shed load of work,i got 3 mile up the road and the brake pad sensor light came on,
,when i picked the car up last sat after her bodywork and some more mechanica/electrical niggles including replacing a broken sensor when after 30 minutes or so the pad sensor light came on again and it seems the light stays off but when the car is warmed up and driving for longer then 20 minutes the sensor light light comes on again!,,
getting peeved with this now and can only imagine its another broken/faulty sensor but i am intrigued to find out why it comes on after 30 mins or so,,any ideas appreciated,,thanks jasonp
 
could it be heat build up ? they are a poor design , I recently stripped my brakes for a good clean and 3 sensors broke up on removal from the pads , they get brittle.Only 2 yrs old and I think they were designed as a service item to be replaced every 12 mths.I just wired mine out , so light off , as I know how much is left on the pads.

thanks for that eddie,,aware other sensors probably need changing just intrigued why it [pad light] came on after 30mins or so,,she goes in tommorow or wednesday as its just annoying plus they can drill my new plates on also,,jasonp
