Frontrunner 2013

Hi all,

Thread started in the member's area for Frontrunner 2013. Just a reminder that this year's Frontrunner is being held in conjunction with the Calke Abbey Register day in September.

It's the 50th Anniversary of the 911 next year, which could well overshadow anything else. Frontrunner is OUR day, so ideas for venues etc. on that thread please, or get in touch with me. It's certainly the 25th anniversary of the 944 turbo, any other significant birthdays? We have plenty of time to get this event back up to a decent size again, so any help is greatly appreciated.

For those who don't know, Frontrunner is the annual event for the front-engined Registers.

hmm.. Paul, Unless I've messed up my maths I believe 2013 would be the 28th anniversary for the 944 Turbo...?

And therefore nothing else will matter!!??? [:D]

Lacking the imagination to come up with a new name for a car for fifty years certainly deserves some sort of recognition.
