Front bumper removal - detailed instructions needed please.
It appears that when my car had Techart brake cooling ducts fitted - probably 15 years ago - the inner bumper was replaced the wrong end on. Now the threaded hole for the tow-eye is at the wrong side! [

Can anyone who's actually done it - tell me in detail how to remove the outer PU bumper? Not just by looking at the PET diagram - we can all do that. [8|]
I've started to remove the the black lower lip to gain access to the inside. 2 rounded off screws removed and one more rounded off b***h to remove. [] I can only just reach up to the screws inside the PU bumper at the ends with the small plates. It's difficult and I guess I remove those. What do I do next?
Finally - how do I remove the inner bumper? Is it just the big Allen bolt underneath (x2) ?
