For you guys with an early 911 the Pirelli CN36 will dramatically improve the handling of your car.

the difference is the CN36 is designed to go with your chassis. fitting more modern tyre carcasses is the reason the 911 got its reputation fro spinning out suddenly. If you fit a proper carcass it will handle more progressively.
