Free doors? Just come and collect.

Hi all,

My move means clearing out a lot of stuff I can't take with me.

I have two 944 doors in red, both were ebay bargains back in the days I had the red 944 so I bought them as spares just in case. I think one certainly has glass, hard to remember what they came with but both were good condition.

They're free to anyone who wants to pick them up from just outside High Wycombe. Weekdays/eves are fine, weekends more an issue as that's when I'm moving. Need them gone by the end of the month really.

I know, I'm just too generous but that's me! If no other takers for the Porsche Posts in the wanted ads, I'll throw them in with the doors if you want. []

I have a guy coming in the morning to pick a mower up, if you could do then, or later in the day. I'm pretty flexible, will email you the address and directions now so let me know if they don't come through. []

Thanks. Toughest two weeks of my life but now it's off to new adventures. Moving 300 miles with little money and zero work is interesting, but one thing that genuinely makes it easier is the number of messages and calls I had from people here.

Now I'm attempting to address events. Silverstone was a day trip before, now it's a really serious long weekend away!

Still need contacts in Cornwall. I'm slightly concerned that there seems to be no 944 owners or enthusiasts once I cross the Tamar? [&o]

I assume you'll reach out to SW Region?

Don't forget it is free to enter Cornwall over the Tamar but you have to pay to get back into Devon. []
