So far it needs: wheels & tyres, wiper arms, a window switch, clutch cylinder(s) and all fluids and flexible lines replacing. I'll do the cam belt as well.
It came with a used 924 Carrera GT bodykit which I'll sell to help fund the rebuild.
I like the 24 Turbo wheels but they are the worst wheels to clean and are too small for a '44.
My 2.7 came them!

I forgot to mention the leaking water jacket on the oil cooler.. Luckily it came with a spare one and a gasket set.
The battery is on trickle charge so when it's done I'll do a compression test. I don't like it when a car comes with a bottle of water, suggests overheating to me. I just hope it hasn't been boiled.
The wheels are just wrong. I'm not sure I'd like them even if they fitted. A set of cookie cutters will be sourced at some point.
Progress will be slow to start as I'm going to be moving house soon, I hate moving but I also hate this town so..
When work gets going I'll take pictures and make a thread once there's enough to report. I wasn't really ready to start another project but this came along so cheap that I'd pretty much agreed to buy it within five minutes of hearing about it. My wife was so pleased!

Thanks Will, that sounds good! Work on it won't be starting seriously for a few weeks at least. So far I've found the starter motor is stuck so failed at the first hurdle there.. We're moving to St Breward out on Bodmin moor. The car will be staying in Launceston for a while though till I sort out where to work on it, inside would be nice...

Trust me to buy something rare & broken! The drivers seats pretty comfy still so it's not going anywhere. I know a good upholsterer so when I'm feeling flush that may get done.
