Hi,

Thanks for buying tickets to this event and showing interest in it.

With little over a week before our trip to "Yorkshire Heart Vineyard" below are the final details.
Please read all the items in-order for things to run smoothly on the day.

Print your "ticket" out and bring it with you, incase you get there before I do.

We'll be at Fodder around 10:30 - I'm the little guy wearing a red baseball cap with 'R7' on the front. Please make yourself known to me when you arrive at Fodder (I'll be floating around)

Yorkshire Heart Vineyard
The Vineyard, Pool Ln, Nun Monkton, York YO26 8EL

Fodder (Starting Point)
Great Yorkshire Showground, Railway Rd, Harrogate HG2 8NZ

If your going directly to "Yorkshire Heart"
Please don't arrive before 12:30 (they won't be ready for us)
Please don't arrive later than 1pm (you'll miss the start of the fun !)

People meeting at "Fodder" before hand
**
This is NOT a breakfast meeting **
Fodder do NOT take bookings for breakfast
1st come 1st served
They get very busy on Sunday's - if you wish to have breakfast etc please give yourself time to wait, queue and be served.
If your following 'my route' (link below) you need to leave Fodder no later then 11:30 in order to arrive at Yorkshire Heart in time.
If you want to make your own way to 'Yorkshire Heart' from Fodder - no problem just get to 'Yorkshire Heart' for around 12:30 onwards

If you decide to follow 'my route'

39miles - approx 1hr 20 according to Google, but on a recent "recca" of the route we did it in just over an hour (on a Sunday).
We encountered several cyclists !
There are some sharp turns !
A short part of the route is 'single track' road !
Set off in-time to arrive at 'Yorkshire Heart' no earlier than 12:30 - no later than 1pm
If 'Google maps' asks you to 'Continue' (the route) - don't forget to press 'Continue' or you'll go round in circles :)

Thanks and see you all there !
Mark & Julie
