That wasn't you I eyeballed having a look around...then was sitting opposite on one of the sofas in Highland Audi, was it?
My other half was just buying an A3...which is why I was there.
Just popped up from Aviemore where I was having a few days away, playing on some great roads [

yea i was sitting on the couch with my girlfriend (dark haired) for what seemed like an age and then went to look at shiny wheels at autosave behind the garage and seen your car then. By the time i came back and realised where i'd seen the car before, i couldn't work out which one you were or might have said hello!
Ahh...did your g/f have a pair of ripped jeans on?
If so, you were sat directly opposite us on the sofas...
I saw someone walk past the car from the general direction of Autosave, as we were looking at an A3 parked out the front...then we came in and sat on the other sofa whilst the details were sorted out..
I was the bored looking one...who was up and down looking at the alloy wheels in the showroom..
Short hair (very), denim jacket, boot-cut jeans and a pair of those Puma driving shoe type trainers.
I may be thinking of the wrong person / couple...
You can't go anywhere without being spotted...athough a bright yellow, Aerokitted C4S does make it easy for people!

Yea that was her/us. I'm relatively young compared to the average age of tt driver (26) so not many people put 2 and 2 together. I remember you now definately too, was the puma trainers, were they a funny/bright colours (green bits spring to mind)? I wear exactly the same for driving the tt but in a sombre blackORIGINAL: Ess_Three

I would have put you at 30ish...(hope that doesn't offend!)
I noticed you looking...but would never have thought it was someone off the forum.
I'm normally deemed to be relatively 'scruffy' compared you your average Porsche driver...[
I remember you now definately too, was the puma trainers, were they a funny/bright colours (green bits spring to mind)?
I think they were the royal blue / red Kart Kats...great for driving...
I have a few pairs of Speed Kats too...but they just aren't as worn in and comfy as the old velcro closing Kart Kats...as you say, superb for driving.
Since I had a pair of driving shoes on, and the weather was good, I took the scenic route back to Aberdeenshire, Carrbridge, Grantown, Aberlour, Huntly...great roads!
I wear exactly the same for driving the tt but in a sombre blackCanna get a decent shift or heal and toe without them on for some reason!
Heh-heh!! I know what you mean...
Sombre black is also good...but you'd expect a driver of a bright yellow car to wear bright trainers, wouldn't you? [

Certainly is...wish I'd known as it would have been good to have a blether and ease the boredom of a long wait in a hot Audi showroom.

yea me too, had to wait 2 hours after they said it was ready, didn't fix the annoying squeak and then asked when i wanted to book it back in for a bit they didn't have.
Ahh...it appears they are no better than the norn nowadays then?
Didn't seem to appreciate its a 250 mile roundtrip for us and if i was doing it for fun it wouldn't be that car i'd be driving!
Hence the reason I was in my 911 for the same length of journey!
We were only away for a few days break, but the other half fancied a new car...had a look to pass a few hours and she bought an A3.
Job done...if only all woman related shopping was that easy.
I'll be back up north (North for me...South for you!) on 1st Sept when she collects it.

Ooh...I find once every 2 or 3 years for a long term investment..
And every weekend with the beer goggles on!!
Somehow I fear those comments may come back to haunt me...

That would depend on what she can offer in return for spending non-refundable money on her!
I'll stop now...this could get crude...

Where in Aberdeenshire are you, I've noticed a 911 similar to yours in Ellon once or twice. It definately stands out, even if it's not yours but from your photo it looks like it.
Bingo!
That'll be me...
Not the easiest car to blend in with.
