Events coming up in next few weeks

We have a number of events coming up this month:-

19th July Monthly Meeting – Garstang Golf Club – Noggin & Natter and to discuss future events.

20th July Cars & Coffee – Bridge House Farm Tea Rooms, Wray from 14.00 to dusk. This month the theme is competition cars. There are usually around 100 cars attending. Excellent Hog Roast and Burgers available.

23rd July Northern Porsche Gathering – Bridge House Farm Tea Rooms, Wray, are organising a Porsche Only get together, with members from R22, R5 and R7 invited, as well as TIPEC and owners of Porsches generally. More details on times to follow.

28th-30th July Oulton Park Gold Cup. See website for details and R5 Forum.

29th July R22 Concours – South Lakes. Contact R22@Porscheclubgb.com for entry details

5th August Netherby Hall Classic Car Show, Longtown, Cumbria. We will be joining R22 in having a display which will be limited to 50 cars.

The gate will be open at 9am for all exhibiting cars to arrive. The gates are open to the general public from 11am until 4pm so all cars will need to be in place for 10.45am.

6th August Cars & Coffee – Charity Farm, Wrightington

Porsche Classic Inspections – Porsche Centre Preston will be organising another free Porsche Classic Inspection on a Saturday morning in August, dates TBA. We have had 2 of these already and they have proved very popular and informative. If you would like one of these for you Classic (pre-997.2) please e-mail me your details including your car and registration number. Places limited to 8 cars only.

We have some other events coming up in mid-August which will be announced in my next MailChimp.

We have a couple of Drives & Lunches in the pipeline which will be announced later. If you would like to organise a Drive & Lunch please let me know.
