Dear fellow members
Last night a members reporting of a 1998 3.4 C2 Coupe with suspected engine failure, which will likely lead to engine rebuild, replacement or modificiation rebuild is possibly looking for a new home, whereby a technically minded member may be interested in a purchase at a low buying price, the normal symptoms of oil pressure/dash lights are associated with suspected failue but core route of failure not yet stripped down and confirmed as of the associated cost (up to 3K), 1 previous owner, currently 9 yrs member owned with FPSH is incorporated, it is a shame but realistically a good sensible offer may ensue, a cost of 10K is of course assocaited with a repair following inspection and probalby leads to a non economical viable avenue to follow for the member, hence this request for a offer of the car in current status.

If a member is interested in more information, or definitely interested in pursuit of this carpurchase at a good price please feel free to email myself on 996@porscheclubgb.com please note it would better suit a technically minded member whom may repair the car themselves to reduce the cost of returning what is a super car to the road once more.

Best regards

Hello,
If I may ask a question?
Has this member only been told there car is DOA from OPC or from an independent?.

Tell him to speak to Hartech before he makes any decision.

It may not be total failure and even if it is it is unlikely to cost anything like £10k with them.
