Engine Coolant

Anyone had to top up the engine coolant recently ? just noticed mine is slightly below the min mark when stood level and cold.

I have noticed some damp patches on the ground underneath the front left hand rad in the past but put it down to the air con ( not really knowing where the heat exchanger is ). Wonder if there is a slight weep on the connector pipe/clip ?

Do you know how much the OPC would charge for a top up bottle ?
