cococola

I have bought a leather gear knob off ebay and cant see how it is supposed to fit onto the lever.
Has anybody else fitted one of these please?

I always make sure the hole is always at the bottom when fitting gear lever knobs

its the actual knob and the fittings are tubular so i dont see how they fit
it is ebay Item number: 230655485370

I'd hazard a guess that the e-bay offering will fit a 944 about as well as I fit a tu-tu.....[8|]

I'm sure that the quality will be superb at that price though. [&o]

Best place for replacement leather gear gaitors always used to be Prestige Parts 01752 336622 around £25 - £30 IIRC

Its just not designed for a 944. Stick it back on at a tenner and a Ka driver may be tempted.

The one that was on mine (F16!?) had 2 grub screws so you could at least attempt to get a secure fit, but only rotated about 30 degrees to the right!

No Paul. That mental image did nothing to improve my morning.

Nothing at all. []
