Following the success of last year's inaugural event at East Fortune, one of the UK's fastest motorcycle circuits, the Scottish Section of the Alfa Romeo Owners' Club, in conjunction with Javelin Trackdays, is holding a trackday at the circuit on Saturday, 14th May 2005.
East Fortune is essentially an airfield circuit, one and a half miles in length, with two fast straights linked by a combination of open, sweeping bends and a demanding tight section which includes a hairpin and a chicane. The circuit is located just off the A1, 20 miles South of Edinburgh, near the town of Haddington.
The cost of the day is £150, which includes a second driver. Passengers are charged at £10 per person and have to be "signed on". [/i]
