Drivers door (RHD) electric cable routing

Hi all

I have an issue with broken electric cables to the drivers door. The electrics work with the door closed (most of the time) but short when fully open.

I can't seem to find the routing of the cables into the car from the middle grommet.

How do I get to that cable from within the car?

Trying to avoid removing the door, which seems a bit extreme.

Any photos you can share would be great.
 
Had similar with a VW and removed door card, disconnected wiring inside door to give slack and then pulled away conduit / tube between door and body to repair damaged cables and reassembled.

The damage to my cables was at the door end junction of the conduit and visible on pulling away the conduit.
