Door hinge popping out, how to get back in?

The lower driver door hinge always stook out half an inch. Just assumed that's how it was. But recently say it about 3 inches out, when the MOT chap said that's coming out. I've no tools that can access it, it either needs a long shank that can be hammered at an angle, but Rennforums suggest a G clamp with a long-handled plier.

What's the best way? I can take it into a local garage. I've been trying to contact Nine meister for a while with no answer so don't know if they're in business anymore.
