Does anybody know this car?

Firstly I have no affiliation to it or the garage selling it. I pass it some times on my way to work and today I stopped to take a look. The Garage selling it (small village garage) asked if anybody did know anything about its life/history would they be prepared to let him know to assist any potential new owner (can be sent via myself) Its a 1971 SC that I believe is an American import which has since been converted to RHD. I'm told its a mechanically good car that has covered less than 600 miles in the last six years, bodywork however does need attention with various bubbles across its body and some micro blistering on the roof. Sorry about the poor quality pictures.

The Vin plate looks to have have come from a 1971 car and possible the engine! interier and body looks SC with some additions. would advise ppi before purchase. Is it a rhd SC with a 71 vin plate and engine?
