Meet @ The Hadley Bowling Green Inn on the Last Tuesday of the Month. Post Code WR9 0AR

DECEMBER 2009

End of December, snow imminent, thus a very small group gathered at the Bowling Green and all enjoyed a cup of coffee for their endurance. However, we were able to discuss some tactics for next year.
Now I have the Club Calendar to hand, I can continue planning. I hope to see many of you on January the 26th, so that we can agree some dates etc.
We presented Debbie, with a small gift and card signed by many of us and some nibbles for the staff, for their hospitality over 2009.

I may have seen some of you at the VSCC New Year's Say gathering at the Royal Oak, Much Marcle, where we used to meet for a while. Always a spectacular event.

In February, we shall have a presentation about upholstery and trim, which will be very informative, by two well experienced specialists who are now running their own business.

You all know the saying "I will say ziss only once".
Well I am saying it again, see on :- Tuesday 30th March, ,
we will NOT be at the Bowling Green. NB. NB .NB !
We shall have an evening at "Worcester Independent Porsche Specialists", at Rushock Trading Estate. Droitwich. Unit 2. Just on the left as you go in.
For the Sat Nav., nuts, Post Code WR9 0NR.
I understand that this is for Rushock village, where "˜Tom Tom' will take you ! Most of the others, go to the industrial estate, where you should be.
Please try to arrive by 7.30pm. Beware, the Industrial estate gate closes at 7pm but we can open it as you arrive and hopefully there will be someone to supervise. If you arrive late, ring Dominic on 078321 29589 and he will open up.

The Classic Rally talk, unfortunately. found it's way onto the Club Calendar, ignore it.

In March, also, we shall have our Annual Lunch. This will be on Sunday the 7th March. 12.30pm for 1pm., at The Bowling Green.
The cost for three courses and tea or coffee will be £20. per person.
Pay upon booking, with a cheque made out to PCGB and noted on the back "˜R 13 lunch'.
Send to me and I will confirm with a Menu for your selection, which I require by Wednesday the 24th February, when I need to know final numbers.
My address is "˜Elmwood Barn, Hadley, Droitwich, Worcs., WR9 0AX. Or, call me for a menu and you can send it back with your booking.

Forthcoming Events.
The above and -------
Tuesday 29th June, our ever popular Show Night along with , Will Gough's other Classics.
