Dateless Regsitration Plate - Offers?

I recently purchased a 996 with the plate RIW9128. I want to change it and have bought another plate.

I plan to get a V750 Certificate of Entitlement for this plate during the transfer process, otherwise it return back to DVLA for their use! I am considering transferring it to my daily driver, but thought it may interest 928 owners. Looking at DVLA auctions, NI plates tend to go for £400 (incl. transfer fee £80). If anyone interested, I am open to reasonable offers. My email tony_free@Hotmail.com
 
I am not after DVLA price and will consider an offer . If I not pay the retention fee, it will return back to dvla and then they can resell as they wish.
