Cutting 'Red' key

My red key was stolen in a break-in ( happily the car was elsewhere !). I have the original card with the key codes. The local OPC could not supply a red tab, but cut a black key according to the code, and made a total b***s of the order, the key fitting nothing. A red blank was bought at Beaulieu '05. Who can be reliably asked to cut a replacement using the Code ?
