Creaking Seats!

Anyone else had this?

My drivers seat (heated, leather, manual sports type in a Sep'04 C2S) is driving me mad, creaking like a cheap DFS sofa everytime I so much as twitch. It seems to be coming from within the back support pad?

It only started happening since using the seat heater function over this winter.

I have rubbed leather cleaner between the pad and seat shell edges but to no avail and I am loathed to pull the pad right off the seat in case it doesn't go back on easily.

A minor issue I know, but a simple solution would be most appreciated!

I have sports adaptive seats and tend to drive with the adjustment quite far back,as a result the side bolster makes contact with the centre console and creaks. It's annoying but short of repositioning the seat somehow I can't think of a solution at the moment.
Regards,
Clive
