Crank scraper UK stockist?

Does anyone know of a UK stockist for crank scapers, all I've found so far is based in the US. They've not dear items but I do get a little annoyed when postage costs more than the item itself. I have e-mailed a number of US stockists for better shipping costs but thought I'd ask the question here regarding possible UK stockists just in case someone has already been down this route. Also is there only the one manufacturer (Ishihara-Johnson ) that manufactures these relatively simple items?

You could try gooping that way the item is sent to a USA address and then onto you, sometimes it works out much cheaper [:)]

Thanks for the input, I have heard of such methods but unless I know the person personally I'm afraid I wouldn't chance it.
cheers

Pete, theyre large firms who professionally forward goods - it isnt someones brother in law... [:D]

Id recommend Bundlebox.

http://www.bundlebox.com/

Excellent both for stupid Americans who believe that the world starts and finishes at their shores, and for the idle Americans who use the easiest courier solution for them, no matter how much they quote to ship the England.

American who fit into neither of the above categories are in the minority!

I've never seen them in the Uk for our cars. I think CEP performance in the States also make them (though they are not listed on their website) http://www.customengineeredperformance.com/

I have bought these directly from manufacturer

It's so simple item, that the last ones i have used on my engine build-ups were own manufacturing.....

Thanks Oli

I had considered fabricating one for myself as yes they are simple but decided against this for now and to get one from Kevin Johnson direct. His company has done the research which I do not have time for but yes I agree once you have one in front of you fabricating it would be an easy task. Anyway mines on it's way, however one thing that I will probably do myself is the steam venting kit as It's pointless buying a kit that is only made up of basic parts.
Btw kevin is a great guy to talk too and his shipping cost works out less than those US address type companies.
