crack in manifold on boxster 2005 2,7

Hi All
Wondering if anyone has any advice on getting a spare manifold cyl 1-3 for my boxster, most of the breakers dont hold them as parts as they dont want to snap the bolts off while removing them, i was considering a full new exhaust but not sure what to do with cats, on or off, will it pass emissions etc, best exhaust, has anyone replaced them etcc
