Cotswold Explorer navigational run - Sunday 5th April 2020

Postponed due to the Corona Virus (Covid 19) situation, we hope to hold the run later in the year, when everything is back to normal

The run will begin from Cornbury House, Moreton-in-Marsh. The club house will be open from 9.30 and coffee will be provided. Drivers can sign on from 9.30 and route books will be provided. There will be a drivers briefing at 10am and cars should begin to depart from 10.30.

The route is approximately 58 miles and a non stop drive should take about one and a half hours but there are opportunities to stop on route.

The route ends at the Cotswold Wildlife Park where we will have a display parking area for our cars so the general public can also view them. The normal entry fee for the park is £16 per person however for us drivers go free and passengers are just £12 so a saving of £20 per couple.

Once at the park your time is yours. It is home to over 260 different animal species and has lovely walled gardens. There is a cafe where you can get something to eat and also picnic areas should you wish to bring a picnic.

The entry will be limited to a maximum of 50 cars. Please email simonhopcroft@aol.com if you would like to enter.
