On the 20th August R3 are attending the Corbridge Classic Car Show.

The event is held at Tynedale Rugby Club, Tynedale Park, Corbridge NE45 5AY

For many of you that have attended in previous years I think you'll agree it is a great venue with a very mixed variety of cars and clubs. There will be catering on site and plenty to see for the whole family.

I have reserved 30 places for this event. This may be extendable depending on take up. The cost to show your car is £7, and the car must be on site before 10am and not leaving till 4pm. To make things more efficient and assure we're all together at the event below is a registration link. Before confirming and booking through the link, please pay the £7 to David Carnaffin, Starling Bank, Acc No: 00978710 Sort Code: 60-83-71. Please use the car registration you will be displaying as the reference on the payment.

Please note that anyone who hasn't both fully completed the form and paid their £7 will not be guaranteed a place until they do so.

If the weather is anything like last year then don't forget the sun cream and as mentioned above there are some catering facilities however you are more than welcome to bring your own refreshments / picnic.

Any questions, don't hesitate to get in touch

Dave

Form completed and payment made.

Looking forward to the event hopefully the weather will be as good as last year.

Mike, Barbara and TJ

Thank you both for your speedy form filling and payments..... And I'm especially thankful to Deb for her crash course I'm how to use Google forms, I'm glad it worked

Morning Everyone,

Just a quick reminder that anyone wishing to go needs to complete the form and send over their details by Monday 14th August

Thanks to everyone who has filled this in and sent over the money already

Dave

Hi Dave , I completed the form and paid early last week. Do we need a ticket to get in ? Or just turn up . Thanks

All names are on a list with Reg Numbers etc so they'll have that info on the gate when you rock up.

In the event of an issue my mobile number is 07740363084 and I'll be there from early on setting up

Now at 35 cars including 3 from OPC Newcastle so should be a fantastic day

I'll see you all there tomorrow, not met many of you yet. Only events I've done so far have been the Buttertubbs run earlier in the year and the show at Croft last August.

Morning , unfortunately something has come this morning so I won’t be able to make it . Have a good day , weather looks great !

Thank you to everyone that attended and helped out today. The weather was kind and a great turnout made it all the better.

Special thanks Mike Trotter and those from R22 and R18 that made the journey to join us.
