just been in a meeting with the managers of Coopers Arms and we have come to a agreement that they will allow us to have the smaller conservatory while our numbers are under 30. if we can build up the average attending number up to 45+ then we can have the conference suite with our own bar. at a very small cost.
I have booked this suite in advance for the March meet as (hopefully) the very entertaining Peter Bradley will be joining us to talk about his impressive Porsche tractor collection plus his own porsche ownership over the years[8D]
