Last year I got hit by a falling Conker. which has left a very small dent in my otherwise perfect hard top.
any idea if it' s possable to remove it.
I usally have to point it out to people so it can' t be very noticable but it really annoys me.[]

can' t offer any advice other than I had a small dent removed from my TT by a mobile " dentmaster" service and the guy used what can only be described as a small household plunger!
unfortunately they are an east anglian outfit but I' m sure there would be similar providers in your neck of the woods. hope you sort it

saw Dent masters when i was at porsche in the park,nr york. but didn' t take much notice, wish i had of done now.

Helen,

I think they are a franchise operation so you should be able find a local operator in your yellow pages.

I' m looking for someone to repair a minor scorch mark on the top of the dash in my new ' S' . It was caused when I left the car at the airport all day and didn' t remove the suction mounted Snooper radar detector bracket from the front screen. The sun shone through and was magnified causing the leatherette to melt, (I know should have gone for full leather but had to stop the options somewhere) Been qouted C£1300 for new dash so looks like I' ll have to live with it unless anyones got any ideas

If all else fails, have you thought of fixing a metal Porsche or PCGB Badge over the offending mark.

If you can' t find the details in yellow pages, I picked up the bumpf at P in the P. I' ll see if I' ve still got it and mail you the details tomorrow.

thank Nicola,
I' ve just found a A4 pamphlet that larry must of picked up at the show,he had put it in the DUNLOP bag and forgotten all about it.
I' ll give them a ring and see how much it costs.

I had a dent removed from an aluminium hardtop - thing you have to check is that they don' t just use the plunger!!! - this may crack your paint. The process they went through on mine lasted nearly an hour - results were excellent but the panel had to be heated (I couldn' t watch as the guy went at it with one of those hot air guns - I was convinced the whole thing would end in tears). they then flexed the panel (like a massage!) and then used the plunger - paintwork perfect - dent removed - panel restored cost me sixty quid.
