OK - I' ve entered so how about some advice for us Novices. As with probably everyone that reads this I love my car and look after it but how do I show it?

I' ll clean it more than normal if I get the time and I' ll empty all the rubbish out but what else?

Should I leave the doors / boot / bonnet / sunroof open? (assuming it doesn' t rain)

Should I empty the glovebox / door pockets?

What about my boot - should the tool kit be on show or tucked away like I normally keep it, and what about the compressor? Do the carpets need to be folded back to show the spare (don' t laugh I' m basing these questions on what I' ve seen happen)

Do I show my service history / documents somewhere (I' ve never really understood this part but have seen it done)

I' ve got some really nice black 911 mats which I believe enhance the Linen interior but should I remove them and show the original carpets?

Should I be around when the judge(s) come or should I make myself scarce?

Will I get the scores so I can see where I went wrong?

Sorry for the range of questions but I' m sure a lot of people are in the same position and I want to give the car a chance whilst having a bit of fun. I' ll never enter a proper concours (I like driving it too much) but the street class is interesting to me as it contains ' real' cars (no offence meant)
