Hi all, I am clearing out my unit up here of 944 parts as I have no time at all to do stuff and want to get on wioth my E type and the stuff is getting in the road. For sale is:
Turbo S project, needs the sill welded on and paint. Car is on 188K but had a full top end rebuild at 145,000 which is documented. Only had 4 owners from new and has a 2 inch thick history folder. The car is known to the club as well from the previous owner. It is a Silver Rose, interior is not brilliant but I have a full burgundy interior available separately that is mint in all ways. The last 2 invoices for the car totalled over £5000 so it has been well looked after. Had fuel pipes changed on it (OEM Porsche ones), car is a runner but would need belts, pump, etc. not many projects about and is a solid car underneath apart from the sill. £2500 no offers as it would break for more. M030, LSD, etc, etc!
S2, 1991 J plate bridge spoiler in Titanium grey. Running car, 164K. Needs 2 sills, was my own car until MOT ran out. Has Turbo D90s all round with nearly new tyres though they need a refurb. Gear linkage stuck in 3rd gear at back but not a hard job to change that. Had had a repaint, wing bottoms good. Had had a full top end rebuild with a new cam, all documented. £1500
Red S2. Black pinstripe interior. 100k Has a documented engine rebuild as well in the history, priovate plate of C6SOM on it, needs sill and has been sitting for 2 years now. Not a bad car, quite clean under the bonnet. Gearbox is out of it as it was shagged and would need a back box. £1500 inc another gearbox. Does run.
Lots of parts to go as well. There is a full turbo engine still in a shell. Take the whole lot away for a grand. Rolling shell with no interior and rotten sill. Torque tube and box are still on it.
