classic Le Mans

All back safe and sound from another trip to Le Mans, a big thanks to Nick for organising yet again.

In my view the classic is streets ahead of the 24 heure du mans we went to last year and hopefully at the next meeting we'll have the slide show to prove it. We took that many photos that when we did the road parts of the circuit late on Sunday afternoon all the camera batteries were flat. So no photos of us testing our cars on the Mulsanne straight.

We were talking while we were away and we should be able to get more people involved in our road trips, already talking about the 'ring' next year so come on guys get involved.

only got to see Nick when he ran up to the car as I was leaving Arnage & heading upto Rouen. With the Classic there just never seems to be enough time to meet up with everyone.
 
Yes what a fab trip, even the weather behaved itself [:D] excellent time had by all, easily the best event I've ever been to! Thanks for the great company, shame we couldn't meet up earlier James, like you say not nearly enough time.

Yes, next year the "RING" will be our chosen destination!!!

Whos up for that??? [:D][:D]
 
Sorry I missed it - but we decided to do the Manx tour this year since the run up to my son's wedding clashed with LM.
Definitely up for the Ring next year - but not camping please !!!
