CD changer wiring help

Hi,
I had my radio out today to fit an IplugRDS ipod adapter (works very well, even displays track names via the radio RDS and charges the ipod).

However as I took the radio out, the connections for the CD changer wires disconnected themselves - one red and one white wire, which were attached to the C2 part of the attached diagram and presumably provide power to the CD changer.

Car is a 2004 986S, radio is CDR23

Could anyone tell me which pins they should be connected to please?

By the look of it, that's a connection diagram for a CDR-22.

Drop me an email and I'll send you a wiring diagram for the stereo.
