cayman brakes

Having covered some 2500mls since october in my 2.7 would like to know if anyone else has the same wooden no feel at all with their brakes.Have had it back to dealer whose service manager informed me he would get in touch with me after speaking to porsche technical dept. still waiting after 2 weeks, also spoken to porsche gb customer service on 3 occasions, no response. Totally dissolussioned with the whole porsche experience .car is shit and dealer and manufacturer service worst i have encountered in over 30 years of motoring
