Cambelt torque settings

Fitted my cam/balance belt yesterday, very easy job, if you are considering doing the job yourself go for it, I have found some conflicting figures for the torque settings on the jockey wheels and tensioner wheels though, please could someone confirm what these should be?.
Got my belts from GSF, Contitech cambelt £13.00 inc vat, Gates balance belt £34.00 inc vat.

P.S. if you do fit your own belts be sure to turn the engine over manually via the crank shaft pulley wheel nut just in case you have not aligned the cambelt correctly, if it is incorrectly set the engine will lock but no damage will occur, as opposed to trying it on the key and bending valves!.
