Bob Watson Closed For Good?

New member
According to Pope on PH, Alan at Canford Classics is now the proud owner of BW's Rolling Road. The phone is not being answered, the doors are locked and nobody is home.

Anybody know anymore about this?

Does anyone know this as FACT or is it just a rumour started on PH? I've read the thread and the person who said Bob's closed also said "...from what I heard".

If Bob is still trading then multiple threads on Porsche forums saying otherwise aren't going to do the business any favours. [&:]

Hi people it's Bob watson replying to you.
Yes i'm bearing bad news. It is true that the business has closed after some thirty years.
There are many reasons that this has happened which would be unfair if I posted them on here.
However, I have been approached by other speialists and clients of mine. So I will be looking
to carry on with what I do. If you need to speak to me then just give me a contact no and I shall
get back to you.
Best regards
Bob

Best wishes Bob from Dave Whelan Ireland, thanks for some great championship engines and the Killarney Historic Rally in 1998

Hi Bob

Sorry to hear your news. After a long search, I bought an early car with MFI and was going to come and see you so I'll be very interested to hear when you are up and running again.

Kind regards

Feroz

Best of luck Bob - am confident that your skills will remain very sought after.

Will hope to hear from you once things settle down.

All the very best Simon (and Stella!)
