We booked cheap and cheerful at the Travelodge, Oxford Peartree. The room cost us £29.00 per night when we booked a few weeks ago, but it looks like it's £42.00 at the moment.
It's only about 6 miles / 12 mins from Blenheim, although you do get a lot of vans in the car park so parking spaces need to be chosen carefully.

It's also next door to the Holiday Inn that is the offical hotel for the event.

I very much doubt it - at that price it's a room with a shower (no bath), 3 pillows between two people, and paper thin towels.
