Bleeding brakes!

The recent Donington evening trackday proved that my brakes felt a bit spongy. I've had a look at all discs and pads and they all seem fine, maybe 50% worn, but I am certain a bleed at the very least is called for.

No big deal except that I recall a recent reference to quite a complex procedure which i can no longer find. Is anyone able to remind me on this please as I am not certain that my mechanic is necessarily following this method to the letter?

If anyone can help I promise to print it off and keep it safe!

Thanks, Ian

Dont get me started........not always an easy job, I gave up, took the car to my Indy, they've just completed doing it 5 times, with 2 different blleeders prior to being happy to give me it back. Pick it up tomorrow, then will try it, and give it back for them to flush some proper fluid in. Not always an easy job.
