Hi all,
I have owned my C4S 2003 for a few months and am learning how to use the Tiptronic properly. I have read a few articles and know the gearbox is meant to adapt to your driving style at a particular time. I would be interested to know how other drive the C4S to get the best out of the box when driving harder.
I have found that when pushing on and changing down in Auto that the engine sometimes really over revs and doesn't sound to great, plus there is a good couple of seconds (or it seems like) lag when I do this. Anyone had this experience?
Has anyone found the best Rev to change from, say 4th to 3rd to 2nd to get things really moving? I don't like the high rev from dropping it down as above, it just seems to rev high and not move, progressive change down seems better?
Just wondering what other think?
Cheers all
Rhys
