Hi All
KLMC Concours "" The Redwell Inn "" 20th August[/b]
Now that Woodvale rally has been and gone, for those of you that didn't know we had an excellent time, good weather and acme away with 2nd prize in the club stand class. Thanks to all concerned in organising things and for turning up. We had 59 ½ cars present. See Oct Porsche pPost for an explanation
The next monthly meeting will be at The Redwell Inn, Arkholme, on the B6524, nr Carnforth. NOT AT GARSTANG GOLF CLUB[/b]
Leave M6 at Junct 35 and head toward Kirkby Lonsdale. This is a joint meeting with Kirkby Lonsdale Motor Club at the annual car park concours. Everyone joins in and judges each others cars in a number of areas, including most faithful servant. There is a prize for best Porsche and the landlord has a choice also.
Entry fee is £5.00 for car and driver, which includes hot pot supper. Additional hot pots for passengers is £4.00.
Please arrive early, and no later than 19.30 hours. Please also let me know if you intend to come along, so that I can let the KLMC and The Redwell know how many of us will be wanting hot-pot. 2 Years ago they ran out of food as so many turned up. PCGB has by far the biggest presence. There are a wide variety of cars of all ages attending.
Regards
David
