Anyone bought from Suncoastparts?

Any experiences?

I e-mailed them asking about shipping costs for a set of rear PCCB pads for my Cayman - not heard anything at all.

Do I take this as a polite refusal to ship or are they normally reliable?
 
I bought a few things from them and had great customer service and very fast responses to my emails. Postage was pretty rapid too.
