Firstly, a big thank you to David & Sybil for hosting our summer BBQ at their lovely house yesterday. I also know a lot more about Croquet (cultured - us R21 lot!) than I did beforehand.

Great food, good chat, great cars (even if your's truly had to us the BMW, aargh! - 996 due next week!).

A while ago, our RO Martin Nelson asked for a volunteer to keep the webpages up to date. I have put my hand up tentatively, but wanted to gauge from this post who actually looked at it!

I can tell from the hits this gets, but comments welcomed in any event.

Hi D

I am interested in this area - I live in the outskirts of North London.

However, I tend to keep in touch with events in and around London; this Region seems to have been rather quiet recently.

Now, if things pick up.....

Hello David
I haven't played tennis since school and the croquet was good fun wasn't it [:)]

I'm the current moderator but usually have my hands full looking after the 924 Register, so a dedicated moderator here is a good idea.

Any questions, let me know.

D, I look on here occassionally, so would chip in to contributions.

It's worth pointing out that as Martin is excellent at sending emails re events etc, there could/should be some discussions that flow from activities / ideas / suggestions at events..

Hi Guys

Would you be interested in having me in your Region, I have 1 1982 3.0 SC and live in Aylesbury, would love to be involved in something local. What do you say, maybe a monthly meet in at a local Pub in the region???

Thanks

Roy.
