Is anybody near Redcar & willing to take a first look (& photos) at a 944 Cabriolet for me, I live in Telford so it's a fair treck to look and decide its not the car for me.

I live and work fairly close to Redcar, but I can't profess to being an expert by any means, since I have only owned my 944 S2 for about 5 weeks, but I could at least give you a novice's view and take some piccies for you.
Cheers,

I live in Redcar, but like Graham I have an S2 which I bought in March - however I've discovered a lot in a short time! (Graham - was that you I saw at the bottom of Yearby bank the other morning? - I was in my company hack so you wouldn't have noticed me). I'm happy to have a look but you'll have to give me some hints re cabriolets.

Iain,

That seems a good chance that it was me - I'm afraid that I use my S2 as a daily driver, and given I live in Guisborough and work at Wilton, that is the way I go to work. Now I'm into the world of Porsche it is surprising how many 944s there are out and about!

Oh, and I have already been to have a look at the cabriolet for Graeme, so job done - unless you fancy buying the Cab. for yourself?! That just wouldn't be cricket, would it?

I'm not a wind in the hair sort (haven't got enough left!). I'll be using my S2 as a daily drive from September time so we'll probably see more of each other.
