Just wanted to see if any one else from the 997 register is going on the Porsche Club Isle of Man tour in May

If so is there a sutiable meet point for a bit of a convoy to the Ferry (we're going in the morning on the Sea Cat)?

Hmm the beast is just about developing full power now and we'll be on de restricted roads in may......:ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:

(The gumph says the powerkit needs about 6k - 10k miles to develop its full power)

Sadly I'm not going to the Island this year, I've been there once a year for the last couple of years and thought it best to have a year off [:)]..

2009 maybe the year the register goes for it.. A great place to go (I even had to fill up three times last time I went!!)

I never managed to win the slowest car on the Island prize though...[] It looks like it could be hard fought this year....[;)]
