Another reason why the world has gone mad!

I guess the powers that be wouldn't approve of this then.............

Sorry guy's, i seem to be missing something here? Like, for instance, who gives a twopenny fcuk about a boring Toyota!!??
Our cars are too old, fast and unique to worry about what happens to a bloody Toyota!![:D]

Take it easy ex skyline, what's wrong with a few pals having a bit of banter?

Nothing to add? Add nothing...............

It's seems you are! The PH article was about the principle and the particular car, Toyota in this case, is incidental and irrelevant to the point being made about what car manufacturers, Porsche included, can and can't say in their advertising material. Well, that's why I presumed the OP put the link on here! Perhaps the "General Discussion Forum" would be more appropriate though![:D]

It's not the Toyota mate, it's the fact that the ad has been banned because someone might want to enjoy driving a sports car, it's just wrong!

What would they make of this 944T ad then?

Fantastic! And some might recognise the period music as well (albeit from entirely the wrong decade!)

I was in a Subaru dealer this weekend (clutch and DM flywheel on a 2004 Legacy? And you think a 944 clutch is expensive, [&o]) and the little BRZ is beautiful. It's a reasonable thing to suggest that, a few years down the line and a £5K price tag, these will be great bargains. I saw the GT86 ad at the cimema last weekend and thought it looked a bit to much like "fun" for it not to get complaints. []

Oops! Silly me! Didn't read that to well did i?[8|]. Still a bit unsure as to what it's all about as i thoroughly enjoy ragging my 944 around, no matter what an advert says! [8|]! I'm probably still missing the point so just ignore me!!![:D]

LOL - Just drive![8D]

Well, if you are going to nip along a bit in your 944 (why else have one?) make sure you turn your smart-phone off because someone somewhere knows where you are and how fast you are going.....
