Another one bites the dust?

Just read on the other thread that LIL has been dismantled and the engine put into something else. What's the news on your S2 Paul? Was she a total write-off? Does this mean you are now 944-less? Oli.

No, she only needed work to the rear wing and a new bumper and after lots of negotiation regarding values the insurance company agreed to the repair at the local Porsche bodyshop. Unfortunately they then bumped up the price and the insurance would not pay so I removed the car to the place that did the restoration last year. They quoted half the price for the same repair and started work three weeks ago. I hope to get her back next week [:D] but I will be missing Rutland [&o]
