Hello all.
This afternoon I picked up my Cayman S from RSJ in Slough. Had a cracking drive back home on the M4/M25 - managed to get up to 55mph at one point!
My Cayman spec:
2006 with 10,000 miles
Arctic Silver
Dark Blue Leather (is it Ocean Blue?)
19in Carrera Classic alloys
PCM/Phone
Rear Wiper
Auto AirCon
Multifunction steering wheel
It's not loaded with options but it has exactly what I wanted.
My previous car was a 2002 996 Carrera 4 which I thought was great but compared to the Cayman it felt incredibly heavy.
I'll be taking it for a proper drive this weekend to get to know it better - all I can say at this stage is that the steering feel is incredible and the engine note is perfect - it's a real leap forwards when compared to the 996 IMO.
Cheers,
Gavin
