Another Cayman

Who knows Andrew, I have the luxury of running both for a while to see which one I'll least regret selling. Strong bond with the GT4 and could add some stuff, we'll see how I get on with the wind in my hair (if I had any that is)

The GTS arrived shiny in the sun..

...but I just drove it the short distance onto promenade in town and had the traditional seagull welcome!

Anyway off to visit the detailer tomorrow - I did clean it off though. I am also having the brake pads checked tomorrow to be sure there is >50% pad remaining.

The scruffy wheel centres had been replaced, the wheel scratches corrected (before picture below) and the tyres are 4Q 2023 manufacture so hats off to Leeds Centre.

Yesterday was the first GT4 track day of the year at Thruxton, damp to start then dried quickly. I have replaced the worn PFC pads with OEM ones I had in stock. Quite a different feel on the brake pedal, it does stop but needs a firmer first push.
