I have now been a PCGB member for the past two years, and have received 24 editions of Porsche Post.
In that time the following road/race sports cars have appeared on the front covers. (Not including balloons or widespread group shots.
4 x 356 including an Arbarth Carrera
7½ x 911s, SCs & 3.2 Carrera
1 x 914
0 x 924
0 x 928
0 x 944
0 x 968[
]
0 x 964
1 x 993
4 x 996
1 x Boxster, although several appear on the Eynsham cover
Draw your own conclusions, the best? For my money - March "˜03
I think they are all great, and anyway it's the content that's really important, and other than the 4x4 SUV articles, the mags been quite good recently.
My personal choice cover shot would show a 964 RS in maritime blue chasing a 968 Turbo S in Speed Yellow "" on track of course.[
]
John "" If you're awarding anoraks, I would prefer a silver space suit with matching helmet.[8D]
