Alloys and Tyres - MY25

I have a MY25 Cayenne E-Hybrid and I just got the break in change where the dealer alerted me to the fact the front tyres are Porsche advisory for replacement at 5.5K miles! (2.8mm) - 21" PZero's
( on a side point someone I know with a MY24 with Pilot Sport has had nearly 3 times the mileage then I have got out of the PZero's)

I had been planning to try and source a 20" set for winter use which is proving a bit of a nightmare without spending a fortune for 1.5 months per year use but now the front's are wearing crazy fast I had been tempted to go All Season due to living in Shetland but the dealer cant get any till December and I wont be down with the car to sort it.

Can anyone point me to where I might be able to get tyres properly online or alloys + tyres as another option delaying the front replacement till next year?

The whole N spec thing is new to me as it was sometime I didnt need to worry about with my old old RRS.
