Alloy Wheels & where to buy

As arelatively newbie with a 996 Targa I'm looking to upgrade the stock 17'' alloys to 18'' sport design or sport classics without wishing to pay OPC prices.

Just missed out on a set on ebay but feel sure there must be somewhere north of the border that can supply these or similar.

Any help would be appreciated.

I'm not aware of anyone north of the border who deals in genuine Porsche wheels, other than the OPC's, and for obvious reasons I would avoid all the places selling cheapo wheels to Corsa-Boy.

Unfortunately nowhere in Scotland will do genuine wheels except OPCs, although maybe independents could source them.

You can get them from:
www.design911.co.uk - for example 18" carreras with tyres £1495 (+ VAT)
 
Brian at Jasmine-Motorsport will give you better prices than any OPC, and additionally he may also give you some 'trade-in' money for your own wheels if they're not too bad.

He carries a good stock of new & used wheels and as I was speaking to Porsche today, I know there arent any SD's in the UK nor Germany currently, so if your looking for them soon Brian will definately be your best option.
