Ace Cafe, London Saturday March 21st

As you may know the Porsche gatherings at the Ace Cafe have now moved to Saturday nights.

Thought it would be good to flag a date up and see if we can get a few 968's along. Parking up from 6pm, good food is available all evening and the Porsche chat will be even better. Their shop will also be open.

See if you can make it on Saturday 21st March

That was last month. Did you miss the sequence?

January, all the food and drink was on the 924 Register. February, we 944 boys laid on Gordon Ramsey to do the catering, Oz Clark for the wine tasting and invited Spearmint Rhino's "away-team" to do entertainment.

March is all yours. We expect you to move it forward, as always. [][]

No probs! got a couple of mates who have just left RBS and they say they can afford to make it the best ever Ace Cafe meet. What brand of Champagne do you prefer with your caviar? (yes you got it, we eat this stuff all the time south of Watford!!)

David O'Leary can't make it so we could probably waive the charges to use the loos this time - game on!

Calum Lockie says he might be able to come, so that will be a bonus.

Also, Kevin Eacock from EMC might trailer one of his racecars down to add even further interest.

What time are you aiming to get there on Saturday?

Strictly speaking it starts with parking up from 6pm -- but from previous experience get there a bit earlier for a good spot -- however that does not really matter, just get there as soon as you can.

I might trailer the race car down -- just to add more interest.

About 24 hrs to go - anyone else up for this? Perfect weather for a run out to the Ace -- even bring the good lady! (yes the food is good & the comapany better!!)
